California furniture market since 1988.
Cal Ergonomics is a manufacturer representative firm committed to marketing and selling commercial
furnishings through dealers and wholesalers to businesses, hospitals, schools, and hospitality
industries in The Northern California & Nevada markets. Cal Ergonomics strives to meet or exceed
sales and marketing goals by providing professional service to sales and service professionals, direct
marketers, architects, designers, specifiers and wholesale distributors. Our ultimate goal is the
creation of productive , long-term relationships between the factories we represent, buyers, end-users . and the sales community.

I have always appreciated the genuine productive impact the Ergonomic community has
had on worker productivity, wellbeing and in reducing repetitive strain injury rates! What
a great contribution to the results of any organization and to our society as a whole.
This same productive element occurs as experienced after a furniture job is designed, sold and
project managed for the best case outcome for the clients served. Workers are more
productive and feel better about what they do after a meaningful furniture project is installed.

John Anderson General Manager
John is Cal Ergonomics' operations and A&D specialist who works closely with advocates and clients to continue the flow of product information. John leverages his eye for design and detail to promote opportunity creation for ergonomic and lounge seating. He strives to develop and maintain close professional relationships with dealers and designers in the contract furniture community.
On any given day you can find him coordinating data for dealers, fabricating marketing material, or testing out the latest in ergonomic seating. John particularly enjoys his participation in the creation of marketing material and workshop topics.
Harcel Mpoyi Market Development & Client Relations
Harcel brings a business element to the furniture industry from his recent successes as Business Manager, Marketer and Brand ambassador, representing local and international brands. Harcel also has vast experience in areas related to Facilitate Relationships and order fulfillment to ensure things are done efficiently.
Over the years Harcel has been committed to delivering a wide range of service beyond what is expected to ensure that the customer is always happy and well taken care of, his attention to detail and deal making skills ensure that the company delivers high end creative on time solutions within budget.
Doug Kepler Client Project Support
Doug is currently part of a core team at Cal Ergonomics responsible for supporting our relationships with our partners and customers. His primary focus is to provide technical assistance and knowledge in a professional manner with individuals in companies based on my 10 plus year in the Ergonomics field.
With many years of work with the technical and health communities I have been able to provide Extra Ordinary Customer Service to Ergonomists, Facilities and Production Managers and EH&S Managers/Directors.
